Skin care before your Dream Day...

Skin Care
Before Flawless Makeup is skin care and Im here to help before your wedding day...

Water is wonderful for the skin, so drink a lot of water. It will help with keeping your skin clear and give you
a radiant glow.

Do not get a facial close to the wedding date, especially if you don’t get facials regularly. A facial typically deep
cleanses the skin, bringing impurities to the surface and sometimes causes breakouts. It is recommended that
facials should be done at least 1 ½ -2 weeks before the wedding date so if a break out occurs, there is enough
time for the blemish heal.

Do not use a face mask, especially one you have never used before, close the wedding day. Although some masks
can help improve the texture of the skin, they can also cause break outs! Clay or mud masks, especially, pull
impurities from your pores to the surface. This can cause blemishes Do not get any part of your face waxed close to your wedding day. Although it varies with each person, it is
recommended that a wax be done at least 1 week before the wedding. Some people have experienced redness in the area that was waxed due to allergic reactions. Others have experienced irritation from the hot wax or part of their skin coming off with the wax! The makeup will not adhere well to skin that is irritated or burned from heat.
Do exfoliate your skin regularly. This helps slough off the dead skin creating a smoother surface for the
makeup. Your skin will look brilliant and have a nice glow.

Do get into a skincare routine. Moisturize your skin regularly, even if you have oily skin, Use good eye cream Moisturizing your skin well will prolong the aging process, and makeup adheres well to soft smooth skin.
